What should I read? We learned about Pinchot and Muir last night, next is even more stuff. I want to learn!!!

"A Sand County Almanac" was required reading in my freshman year. It's an easy (if somewhat slow) read, but very cool. I still think about it.
"...people who think food comes from the grocery store" is maybe my favorite quote. Lot of stewardship issues and stuff...cool if you have time.
